Note: Dogs are allowed at the
campsites, but they are not allowed on any trails and must be on a leash at all
times.
Primitive Camping
There are several areas set aside for primitive camping.
These areas are for RV's, horse trailers or tents. A great place for those with generators. You can use tie-ups or portable
corrals. There is a large site along the lake for tent camping.
In addition to primitive camping, there are 30 camp sites w/ electrical hook-up.
Rates vary depending on
what options are taken and prices can be seen at the Costs page.
For those campers who are group camping, there are camping sites w/ electrical hook-up next to
each other.
We have four sleeping cabins. They have heat and air. We
provide coffee and coffee pots. Small refrigerators are also furnished. Each cabin is furnished
differently. You need to bring your own bedding.
Cabin #1: Queen bed and futon.
Cabin #2: Twin bunk beds and futon.
Cabin #3: Twin bed and a full twin bunk bed.
Cabin #4: Queen bed.
All cabins are close to Pavilion and Shower House.
We have many miles of hiking and riding trails for the
use of our campers. There are many miles of two track trails and many
miles of one track trails. Two track trails have two paths or "tracks"
side by side making these types of trails wider than the one track trails which
offer a hiking/riding experience more in touch with nature due to the small
width of track.
All tracks are rated based on their difficulties, making
it easier for the hiker to decide how intense or relaxing of a hike they want
to take.
